Hello everyone, ladies, could you please suggest effective ways to combat back acne? My husband's back has broken out for some unknown reason, it looks simply dreadful. Perhaps it's because he's put on weight and changed to a more stressful job, plus he eats all sorts of rubbish at work, there's no microwave or fridge there, there isn't even a simple dining area, so he can't take home-cooked food. He doesn't want to change to a healthier diet, he's a fan of salty/spicy/fatty/fried food, he's not planning to give up his favourite food and even if it's not at home, he'll buy it at work. He doesn't want to go to a dermatologist or endocrinologist, he's a man after all, it's not a manly thing to do. I want to try salicylic ointment, but I'm not quite sure how to apply it correctly, and brewer's yeast, but I'm really afraid that after this he'll put on even more weight. I've never had this problem myself, I was lucky with clear skin, so I just don't know what products to use.
